TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be the Customer Success Director (CSD) by expanding, strengthening and maintaining a long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute business plans for managing accounts, sales growth and continuous improvement in existing accounts
  • Develop transformation and operational excellence strategies and approaches for our clients based on an understanding of current and desired future states.
  • Construct and implement actionable target operating model – including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, organizational readiness, IT landscape assessment and solution design and requirements
  • Interacting with various stakeholders of customer to enhance portfolio of customer.
  • Identifying opportunities within the program and work with team in creating, implementing and optimizing the delivery of program.
  • First point of entry for Client and Client Partners for all questions/issues.
  • Support business development activities such as developing pre-sales client presentations, research and proposals for growth of accounts (depending on seniority level)
  • Advise business development team and help them in defining a vision, creating a Business-IT transformation roadmap and support them in the creation of IT solutions.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strategy and Transformation assignment experience in Operational Excellence and Business Transformation
  • Extensive knowledge of ICT concepts, strategies, methodologies
  • Capability of handling multiple accounts.
  • Must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about customer delight and value creation in the customer journey and business growth
  • Has strong affinity with new technologies / ‘digital’ is pro-active, result-driven and autonomous likes to work in an international environment
  • Has experience in proven methodologies, such as Agile, Lean / Six Sigma, Prince II or MSP
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch and English

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities. Develop and manage sales funnel by proactively identifying, tracking and facilitating successful closures.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Proactively hunt new business opportunities outside the existing or traditional client base through market and account research, cold callings, sales events, networking, vendor events and other programs.
  • Ongoing client relationship management to ensure the potential value of the customer is maximized and customer delight is maintained on a long term basis.
  • Lead various work groups through strong communication and management skills.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities and pipelines

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • Knowledge of ICT concepts, strategies, methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with creating and executing a sales plan.
  • Passionate about sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker.
  • Sales-driven, analytical, creative and result-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch (native) and English
